Terms & Conditions
1. Event details
The Sphere Wellness Carnival takes place on Sunday, 20 December 2026, 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM at Jenney's Club, Coimbatore.
2. Entry and eligibility
Private, ticketed event for registered guests only. Open to women only. One ticket admits one person and is non-transferable. Please carry your payment receipt for check-in. The organisers may ask for a valid photo ID.
3. Alcohol-free event
This is a 100% alcohol-free event. Alcohol, tobacco and other intoxicants are not permitted. The organisers may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, any guest who breaks this rule.
4. Health and wellbeing
Activities such as ice plunge, salt bath, breathwork, sound healing and the fire ceremony are optional and taken at your own discretion and risk. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have any health concerns, please consult your doctor first. Wellness experiences are not medical treatment.
5. Schedule and activities
The programme, timings, facilitators and activities may change for operational or safety reasons. The organisers will make reasonable efforts to inform guests of major changes.
6. Photography and media
The event may be photographed or filmed for documentation and promotion by The Sphere. By attending, you agree that your image may appear in this material. If you prefer not to be photographed, please tell the team at check-in.
7. Conduct
Guests are expected to respect others, the venue and its staff. The organisers may ask anyone who behaves disruptively or unsafely to leave without a refund.
8. Belongings
The organisers and the venue are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
9. Privacy
Details shared while booking (name, email, phone) are used only for event registration, entry and event-related communication.
