Some roles feel chosen; others arrive through circumstances or the needs of people we love. They do not always sit neatly together. There may be days when one part of your life asks for more than another, and days when your own interests feel hard to hear. Having a space where you can speak without introducing yourself through those roles can help you notice what still interests you.

Curiosity does not need to become a new ambition. You can try something without deciding whether you are good at it, ask a question without having an answer, or meet people outside the familiar patterns of work and family. These are ordinary ways of allowing your identity to keep moving. A life can be full and still have room for a part of yourself you have not met yet.
