Women who make space for women
Why community becomes more meaningful as we grow.
A conversation can begin with what we do. The conversations that stay with us often go a little further: how we are, what we are learning, what we are making room for.
Women arrive from different professions, different stages of life and different worlds. Meaningful connection leaves space for those differences, without requiring anyone to have it all figured out.
The Sphere is built around that possibility. An intimate gathering. An honest conversation. The simple experience of being heard.
Listening is one of the most practical ways to make that space. It can mean letting someone finish a thought without offering a solution, asking a question because you are curious, or remembering something she mentioned the last time you met. Small acts of attention tell a person that she does not need to perform to remain interesting.
A sense of belonging often grows through repetition rather than an instant connection. You meet again. A familiar face becomes a familiar voice. There is enough time for an ordinary conversation to become an honest one. You may find common ground, or discover that your differences open a useful question. Either way, a good circle leaves room for you to arrive at your own pace.
